The Mind Box develops its fees based on the projected number of firm hours dedicated to a project or group of projects. Firm fees include the cost of firm staff compensation, overhead and the firm profit margin. In addition to fees, project expenses are estimated in advance and billed to our clients. In most cases, project expenses are billed at cost.
The Mind Box works mainly in the U.S, but also works with clients abroad.
